By creating an account, booking a ticket, or using any JD Bus service, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use JD Bus. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of payment.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed before a ticket is issued. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
• E-tickets will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator and fare type. Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation relative to departure. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use false or misleading information when booking
• Resell tickets for commercial gain without prior permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

JD Bus acts as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or route changes made by operators. We will assist passengers in case of service disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JD Bus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on JD Bus platforms are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Odisha.
